Ate here tonight with the family and I used to love coming here. Honestly the service tonight was very poor. Waiters did not check back on the food and did not even offer the kids dessert as part of the kids menu. I had to ask this before we left. I?m honestly so disappointed.

The athmosphere and the service was very good, especially the waiter Laci, he was our favorite, he made our night really special. The food was quite good and the dessert was so amazing.

Don't ask for bread after you've received your meal served, because precisely at 10 pm, they will tell you "were closed." I asked at 10:03 pm. They simply refused to serve bread. Wine? Sure, "we're open." I never realized how complex it was to gett bread from the kitchen... or to treat customers well. Now I know. I won't be coming back.

It?s one of the worst branches ever.
The quality was so low and the pasta taste like nothing and the chicken wasn?t marinated at all it tasted awful
I dont recommend them at all
The pizza was also not up to the standard don?t let the face fool you the taste was beyond awful

Very good address, the waiters were attentive, Murshed served us with enthusiasm (I recommend asking for parmesan on the pasta, first time someone has done that to me in a restaurant, very funny). The food is good, I recommend.

Lovely food overall, perhaps keep the tomatoes at room temperature.for bruschetta and a tad more garlic and herbs. Very attentive,friendly staff
Vegetarian options: Aubergine ravioli very nice, mushroom.pappardelle very good.

Sadly the restaurant was very cold inside. We enjoyed two very good main courses, but left without ordering desert and coffee due to the low temperature.

Ask Italian near Paddington Station is a gem! Friendly staff and personalized service (such a relief not having to order through an app). The food was delicious, portions were generous, and prices were reasonable. Definitely the best Italian spot in the Paddington area!
