Absolutely appalling customer service!!! Manager is USELESS.
I attended the store today after being advised to bring my faulty item in, the manager was completely uninterested in the fact my item is broken and more concerned about a seal and me contacting Samsung. I explained the laptop sold to me does not work and requested a refund. The manager told me there is nothing he can do and told me I need to contact Samsung Support?? He was completely helpless. I left the store to call Samsung, who were completely confused by this advice and explained they can only help with large electrical items and advised I need to speak with the retailer. The manager did not care to look at the product or even inspect the item; the laptop was in a bag and he did not even think to look in it or take it out the bag! The manager kept going on about the broken seal which is irrelevant because how would I know my item is broken without opening it??! I have since spoke to Argos via phone who agreed to process a complaint about this manager which I will be following through with, as there are lots of reviews complaining about the same thing!!
The most useless 'manager' with absolutely 0 customer service skills. Complaint filed with Argos.

There was young Egyptian girl works there with hijab and glasses.
That girl made me apply for Argos credit card without saying it?s a credit card. She made me under the impression of applying for loyalty card. All i wanted are batteries and pay for them. I ended up giving her all kind of personal information and she putting them in an application in a screen. This is not right. She had to explain that this is a credit card not a loyalty card!

Anne and Abdullah at Argos have been extremely supportive and helpful. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend them if you are shopping in argos on Edgware Road. There manager Ikram is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you very much ?.

I was there on 3rd of September around 2pm I was served by Mahirah as her service was very excellent and was also very patient while doing 8 of my gift cards manually , purchased PlayStation portal .
