I had a disappointing experience at this Waterstones. The cashier (elderly woman) was impatient and dismissive towards me, a POC customer, yet was very friendly and engaging with the white customer in front of me. The disparity in service was noticeable and made me feel unwelcome. This happened on 28th Aug.

Nice bookshop. Staff knowledgeable. Good cook book selection. Downstairs on accessible by stairs.

A great bookstore! Larger variety and deals! Bookseller provided great recommendations. Large selection of kids books too.
