I'm a driver delivering for Bartrums, and was thinking oh no centre of London Batersea, to my total joy ,travelling the UK all stores. This place is brilliant,The toilets gleam and the staff are so good and helpful. If I praise a company as a artic driver it's got to be for outstanding customer care and quality service...so thank you all top team ?

Morning to late afternoon. Once they finally arrive they said not possible to unload because of silly excuses. Avoid them !avoid stress

Didn't deliver ordered goods on the day allocated. The person who I contacted in store was extremely arrogant, disinterested and wouldn't offer so much as an apology for the inconvenience. I understand things happen, but I really cannot get over the interaction I have just had on the phone. Light years behind the service in my local store. Very disappointed.

There is no point on using Travis, materials are 20% more expensive than Screwfix, Selco.
About customer service? staff walking around like zombies not even acknowledging you and when you ask for help they behave like you are making their life dificult, like you are a pain in the neck.
Avoid it.
