I will say it?s one of the best TK Maxx?s in London in terms of size and content, however some of the staff are a joke. Painfully slow on checkout and chatting/ joking around with each other rather than serving the long queue of customers. Takes ages to get anything refunded and rubbish attitudes.

I just wanted to shout out the kindness and quick thinking of Shanice (I believe that?s what her name tag said, only caught a quick glance), who was working till number 2 around 12 p.m. today. During the heatwave, I suddenly felt extremely faint while queueing, and Shanice came to the rescue without hesitation. She immediately found me a stool to sit on, brought me water, and kept checking on me until I started to feel better.
She handled the situation with so much care and calm, and honestly made all the difference. I?m so grateful and she deserves real recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you again, Shanice!

I've bought many things from here in the past, all of them were functional for the most part, apart from a phone charger which was broken. Very good prices though.

Today, I had an unusual and unpleasant experience at this TK Maxx store. The staff member handling my return was rude and insisted on seeing the last digits of all my cards, which weren?t matching with the ones written on the receipt; however when yoh pay will contactless (apple pay in my case) the numbers, for security reasons, never match the original ones. In a threatened voice, she said would only offer a voucher instead of a refund.
When I requested to speak with the manager, they were very nice and understanding, confirming that my statement was correct. Thankfully, the refund was then processed without issue. The manager?s professionalism was appreciated, but the initial interaction was frustrating and unnecessary and the way the lady was talking loudly in front of other customers was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Felt humiliated.

I have got a sharp eye for shopping trends! T.J. Maxx in the US and TK Maxx in the UK do indeed have similar business models, providing great deals on clothing, household items, and accessories. Their concept of offering brand-name goods at discounted prices keeps shoppers coming back for those ?almost gone? deals. It?s always exciting to find a hidden gem or snag a bargain, right? ???
