This place has been run to the ground. Really dirty, slow staff, the rooms are so small you can barely change and they get so hot as the beds are old. I was given a room yesterday with no lock on the sliding door, she said it was the only free one. They are charging the same prices as Bebrown and other boutique places so not sure why you would pick to go here.

New manager i believe her name is Soochi? she was so rude and unhelpful - she didn?t even know the ins and outs of her own shop! So disappointing as this used to be a lovely shop? only nice one still there is the scouser! Unfortunately I can?t continue to use this tanning shop and moving forward I will use the High Street branch.

Lady was rude and unattentive, making me sign up and create accounts to use a sunbed. A young man walked in before me who hadn?t been there before and only (like usual) signed a disclaimer before going right ahead. Deliberately annoying.
