Horribly rude staff, ignores me for 10 mins, older lady in hijab with rude and felt like she didn't want to serve me, other lady just ignored me to check the price of a mug and give another customer a discount, while ignoring the drink I ordered. Not right.

Very friendly and helpful. The lady helped me with the selection in the case and which could be heated?the coffee was good and the service was very good.

I was in a rush to my destination but decided to stop by this evening for a green tea with some syrup to help with my stress levels. Upon ordering, I attempted to open my Starbucks app to scan the QR code but it seemed like there wasn?t any service in the store because it wasn?t loading up on my phone. I would normally disregard the QR code in this instance and just pay, because I was already in a rush, but I persisted a little longer because I am a Gold Starbucks member, meaning I would get the syrup for free.
Anyway, the lovely lady behind the counter gave me the syrup for free, even though I hadn?t scanned the QR code. She was very understanding of the fact that I was in a rush and it really made my entire day just that much better. She was a brown woman, most likely of South Asian descent. She made my drink with a smile on her face and it really made me smile. Even though I wasn?t able to get the points on the app, I was able to get something even better - a hot drink made with love, care and kindness.
I?m writing this review on my bed this evening as I reminisce on my day and that is something that just really stands out for me.
Thank you for the lovely customer service experience I had at your store today.

Great service every time I go.

I went there on 06/08/24 (around 17:50) to get a drink. The drink was way too hot and tasted burnt. The employees were hanging out in the store, sitting on the food preparing surface, which I think is a h&s concern. I felt like I paid £10 to get a poor service and burnt coffees.

I went into the star bucks just now to get my daily drink. There was a customer already waiting at the till. So I said ?hello? to try and call for an employee. A 22year old women came and said sorry I was doing something at the back. Then another man called Adam was pulling rude faces and whispered ?why was they shouting? to there colleague .they both were laughing together. As I over heard what he said, I explained why I yelled as I was in a rush & was waiting for over 5 minutes to get my drink. Very rude employee, I never experience this service from any other Starbucks. Very poor

They forgot about the pain du chocolat I asked fot and then heated it for 5 seconds, then I reminded them. The pastry wasn't worth it.
