The shops was busy so I was waiting (no rush at all) the young man was very kind to everyone as I could notice. The lady (I guess the owner) was not very friendly. When my turn came (no other clients after me) I ve ask what I needed and I felt uncomfortable as she was talking to me like I was annoying her. Maybe a bad day for her but that wasn?t the first time I?ve experienced that as the second time I?ve asked a simple question about a picture made in an other shop but she didn?t wanna hear as the picture wasn?t made in her shop.

Every time I come here I?m treated very professionally but also so friendly. Have had my film stuck in my camera a few times and they have always helped me out. Great service.

My service today was absolutely wonderful, I think it was the manager from the professional, knowledgeable and welcoming manner along with a friendly young man who both served me super quickly and efficiently. I was also able to get an extra present sorted out after spotting a beautiful glitter photo box frame. Thank you so much.
