I strongly advise against using Royal Mail. They made no delivery attempts, and reaching a human being through phone or online proved impossible. When I tried to pick up the package at the office, they couldn't locate it. Despite assurances of a Saturday delivery, my package is still missing. I've canceled my order with the retailer and submitted a complaint letter. Unhelpful and rude staff. Dealing with them has been extremely inconvenient, and their level of incompetence is exceptionally high.

The worst experience... queue of people out the door on a Saturday morning. One staff member working and then ao rude when they serve you. 30 minute wait to return something. Unbelievable.

Mail delivery personnel does not ring the door bell properly. Many neighbours miss deliveries because of that.

Really terrible service!! They delivered my parcel to the wrong address 3 times!! Then I arrange redelivery again, they deliver to the wrong post office miles away from my house! I had to drive all the way there, they refuse to let me collect my parcel with a photograph of my ID on my phone! Ridiculous when I paid for my delivery!! Royal Mail should be banned forever!! I hope the company get shut down!
