I have been using this post office for years, the customer service is consistent, helpful and always friendly. Honestly any of the one star reviews must be on crack or something, I?ve been to loads of other post offices in London previously and they are not a patch on this place.

disgustingly and vile treatment from staff. I was 1minute past 6 with a huge and heavy return drop off and they told me it?s 1 minute past and they won?t take my parcel even though there was stillsome people there. As a women with a heavy box I dragged for 15 minutes down the road I was shocked and appalled that people like this exist and he let me walk away with my massive box.

Post office opens at 08:30. They have a separate google page for that. Probably would be better if they delete the word ?post office? from this newsagent google page to avoid confusion on the opening hours.

Horrendous customer service! The owners here hate anyone with dogs or anyone who has special needs! They will go out of their way to ruin your day! Stay well clear!!

I was thinking the other day of how essential our local Post Office is to us and how lucky we are to have Priti, Paresh et al. My 83 year old Father, visits every morning and they always seem to have a smile and a kind word for him. In truth, they are more like a village Post Office and as a community, we value them greatly. They are simply, exceptional. During lockdown, they visited under my Father's balcony to see if we were ok, not once but twice. I'm sure people in villages would not believe such care and kindness exists in the City but as I say, we are very lucky. Indeed, they are also my one stop shop and are the only Post Office I will go to. We are so lucky to have these wonderful, professional, kind and friendly people serving our community. and I for one am extremely grateful for their care.
