Nice restaurant but quality was less than used to at other pizza express locations, the american hot doughballs, chicken parmigiana pasta and crispy potatoes were all pretty flavourless. Chicken parmagiana was £16 and I probably could have made it at home for £5, with much more taste. Our waiter was lovely, and atmosphere very nice with pretty lighting and a little view of the road/other restaurants. Would not come back, purely based on that there are plenty of authentic italian restaurants in Clapham that are far better quality for the same money.

Surprisingly good pizza if you eat in. Staff friendly. Primitivo delicious. But delivery not so good. Eat in is my advice.

As I was in the area I booked a table for my family. From the moment I walked through the door the unprofessional service started. Slow unprofessional service I gad to ask 6 times to get my table cleaned when the restaurant was not busy and staff to busy talking. There they would not give me military or blue light discount. What has happened to the uk poor service.

I had a pizza for dinner and it was very good, the service has been excellent at all time. the staff has been taking care of me at all times, especially Camila, A worker of 10 at all time. I will go to this restaurant again. Thanks for this service

I visited the Clapham Junction branch worse possible service. I had a voucher and was then told they had problems with uploading the voucher on to the system. The manager tried to shift the blame on to me as I should told them from the beginning. The manager refused to give me his name as I was going to register a complaint, this is the worse case scenero of bad customer service on all levells, he was clearly in the red and refused to deal with the issue. I was then left waiting around for my bill.
It's the managers attitude and he would not come up with no resolution what so ever.
