I always order from Papa John?s, but my last Uber Eats order was crushed and had hair in it. Since it was 1 AM, I called the next morning. The manager told me to report it to Uber Eats, but they were unresponsive.
After six days, I called again, but the staff member was rude, misunderstood me, argued, and even cussed. The manager offered a replacement, but the pizza was poorly handled, likely by the driver. I also had to spend £4 on travel just to get it.
Overall, a terrible experience?I won?t order from here again.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Papa John's that I just have to share. The pizza was absolutely delicious! I ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza, and the combination of smoky BBQ sauce, tender chicken, and fresh toppings was a real winner. The crust was perfectly baked?crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making every bite enjoyable.
The delivery was impressively quick, arriving right on time. The delivery driver was friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. I also appreciated the complimentary garlic dipping sauce; it paired perfectly with the pizza and was a nice touch.
Overall, I highly recommend Papa John's for anyone craving a tasty pizza. Their variety of options and consistent quality make it a go-to choice for a satisfying meal. Can't wait to order again!
