The clear advantage of Metro Bank is the comfort & style of the branches. Being able to sit comfortably and wait to have a transaction completed is a major benefit as one gets older

Appalling. Service from head office. Completed paperwork in branch so I could act on behalf of my elderly relative who is 100 this year, in a wheel chair and almost blind. When I cam to report a fraudulent activity on his account, they wouldn?t speak to me, despite power of attorney paperwork being completed.
Moving back to Barclays Bank tomorrow.

I have banked with Metro for a number of years now since the first one opened in Fulham. In general, I have found the staff helpful and often go above and beyond. I was so pleased when they open the Clapham junction branch as it is very local to me. The staff always been very friendly and courteous ?

Service was below the usual standard. Really disappointing as this is not the Metro I have always known.Made to wait longer after being told will be seen in a few minutes and the lady that I was assigned to reset the login details was so unfriendly. Such a shame

Really good branch with competent staff. They were very patient and listened to my needs, reason why the process was very fast. Their locations are very comfortable and friendly and they will deliver nothing less than the best from expertise and professionalism to top-notch communication. If only every other business were to conduct the same level of customer service, the world would be a much friendlier one.Thank you very much for this experience!
