Went at 01:40am and it was closed even when they supposed to close at 2am.
Why you advertise that close at 2am when is not? Change your hours of opening and closing.

One of the slowest and least professional McDonald?s restaurants I?ve ever been to. Consistently waiting in massive queues, and the orders get taken down from the screens as if they?re ready and taken when in reality you?re forced to wait more. In the end, food and coffees come out barely warm. To the management: please sort this out.

I understand that McDonald?s isn?t meant to be gourmet, however no matter where you decide to eat from the quality and care should never fall flat. This specific store - falls flat on MOST occasions, whenever they have a promotion or deal they always forget the main items or completely mess up the order entirely. As someone who has worked in hospitality - I know first hand when it?s busy the pressure can get to you but it is NOT ACCEPTABLE for the amount of mistakes this store makes on a regular occurrence. Either their staff need training in a more efficient way - to check receipts or something! They need to stop palming off blame to Uber or the couriers - as they literally have a seal on the bags which you?d notice if they had been tampered with. For the amount people spend in McDonald?s nowadays you would expect better from the management team within the store dealing with these sorts of complaints!

This is like the 3rd time my order has been messed up on this site and ridiculous now. I came in for a breakfast take out as it was basically empty. I only work 1 minute away (near the station) and the food is rock hard and cold in the time it's taken to get here and the order is wrong anyway.
It would have been better food/hotter if I had got it delivered from wandsworth or tooting. Honestly save your money and do that instead!
The staff were standing around chatting so I'm really confused about how the food came out so badly when they had nothing to do.

Typical McD's but in a very very busy area. Place was packed but if you need a quick sandwich or burger, the service is fast.

We tried to book a table here for a romantic meal for two. However they don?t take bookings and we?re told to just turn up as we?d be guaranteed a tables
So we did. Found a table and waited for a waiter to bring the menu and tell us about any specials.
We waited for over 20 mins but no one came.
We asked a diner nearby who said we had to order at the till. Very strange dining experience for a venue that calls themselves a Restaurant.
We won?t be coming again.
