I am one of the Isle of Wight Councillors in the West Wight. We have a lengthy wall at Freshwater Bay that we would like to paint with the support of local artists, students and school children. Don't think the people working in there have much experience, came to pick up an order, couldn't find it blaming us, then admitted having issues with their emails. Two of their staff members, while I was waiting, managed to make a couple of big mistakes with some other orders, which required the manager to do a few calls, (she seemed the only one that knows how to deal with it).

Roy and Matt are super amazing and gave me the best customer service.
I had called a few times to make some enquiries around paint and when I came in store with my son, they were soo attentive to everything I asked and needed, were soo kind and polite to my son, went above and beyond to make sure I am happy.
I am soo excited to see the colour transformation as I am redecorating my whole house.

The two guys at this shop, Luke and Matt, are the BEST! they were able to answer so many of questions, provided great service, and are super friendly. so far I've painted my living room and now im on to the hallways. if you're a newbie to painting walls like me, I highly recommend this store!!

Wasted trip. Trade (silver cans) only. Looked at me as though as was mad for trying to order a Dulux product ?with a blue label?. I got the shop?s details off the Dulux site full of products with blue labels.

Barnsley store is a absolute disgrace spent over £100 on 1 tin of paint 2 weeks ago I ordered it and it's still not here I've been fobbed off over and over I rang up the company itself rather than branch n they told me there was something wrong with the order and they would phone up the branch last Wednesday one of the staff saw me and said I would have my paint by 3 days didn't say 3 working days said 3 days so I assumed Saturday and oh look still not got it !! she should of said 3 working days which cos of bank holidays would of been obviously Tuesday!! which if that was specified would of been absolutely fine !! but no you didn't say that did you ? every time I've phoned up I asked them to chase it up and was told can't chase it up !! these people take your money and then when something is wrong won't do anything about it until you complain with the company itself !! can't chase it up ? funny took the man on the phone 5 mins if that to tell me what's happened .... you took my money but won't look into it ? safe to say will never buy from here again !!
