These guys have no manners. 2nd time in a row our food was late & cold. Delivery fee was zero, then it increased to £1.5 and now it is £3. Delivery speed has slowed down, pizza is always arriving cold recently. I can accept the food late but once the food is ready, please bring it straight to us. Our pizza was ready quickly as per the tracker showed, then the tracker showed 13 minutes for delivery. Then 10 mins later the tracker again showed 13 minutes for delivery. Rider location didn't change during this time on the live location map. Finally the rider started moving, he stopped at 2 locations before delivering the pizza to us. Once the rider arrived we asked him about the stops, he said he had multiple stops. Which will be fine, if my pizza arrived hot.
Last time pizza was late, they wouldn't answer the phone. Finally when we received our order, we found a pizza which was from another order. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and they gave us someone else's non veg pizza. We tried to call, but no answer.
Next day we got an e-mail saying, sorry we were late, have a free pizza on us. Dominos - i don't want a free pizza, when i place an order deliver my food to me on time and hot. If you want to charge for delivery, atleast upgrade the delivery speed or hire more riders.

A truly awful experience with this store. I ordered on the app. The estimated time was 19-24 min which was fine. So I headed out and walked my dog I was out for 20 or so minutes before heading there. When I arrived my order was on the screen and it said the wait was 24 minutes, I was shocked!
I said to the staff why it was taking so long. They all ignored me. I then had to ask whether anyone was going to acknowledge me. A snide lady just replied that the app was appropriate.
I was very surprised by her attitude and lack of sympathy.
After this experience I emailed the store to raise my concerns. A reply came from a lady named Carole who asked me whether the staff offered me any compensation to which I said ?no? and explained the complete and utter lack of sympathy. Well that was 4 days ago.
It is not my intention to ever order anything from this branch again.

Third time in a row, ordered a pizza with a delivery estimate of 20 mins. 45 mins later apparently out for delivery. One hour later back in quality check. Phoned to ask where my pizza is and told ?oh so sorry, we don?t have any drivers?. Utterly useless - avoid if you want food.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff (one Asian male one Asian female) would rather spend their time throwing raw dough at eachother than serving the customers ? Idk what sense it makes ; esp to have dominoes drivers in the kitchen as they prepare food. No washing of hands or anything, they?re taking your food from the pass into boxes if the other people are busy. Horrific disgusting practise from them al. Esp at the fact that they try and disguise the fact they do not want to work with ?oh your food will take XYZ amount of time? whilst having only two orders on the screen. 45 mins for a small pizza is insane. Horrific.

Quick delivery and all food come hot, was missing cinnamon dippers and gave them a call, Chris who answered the phone was the most lovely person and sent them over to me no fuss. Perfect customer service all round. And a happy pregnant person with her cinni dippers :).

We wanted to have lunch here and they said ?no cash?, it absolutely awful that you cannot pay with money in this place. We went somewhere else where they accepted our money

Ordered food, collected it 20 mins later. Very hot and very tasty. Ordered gluten free New Yorker. Pizza came with a gluten free sticker on too.

I come here quite regularly. Pizza comes different every time. It can be good it can be bad. A couple of nice employees work in the shop, not many. Often they don?t pick up the phone if your calling in which can be frustrating. They also need new pizza cutters the last few I?ve had have barely been touched by the slicer. I?ve worked in hospitality for numerous years and I?ve learnt to realise that if it doesn?t meet your personal standards then it probably won?t meet others. I will continue to buy pizza here but changing a few things would make a considerable difference. ACTUALLY THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE AT ALL??????

Was soo hungry after coming back from the work an did take away tandoori chicken pizza? but there were very few chicken and the taste is also not good as compared to the wembley branch domino?s. Need to throw and eat noodles at 9:45

Received a very cold rubber pizza after 2 hours and half, they lied that buzzer doesn?t work or address is not on map, finall the address was on map and buzzer was working. They couldn?t be even bothered to send a fresh pizza
