These guys have no manners. 2nd time in a row our food was late & cold. Delivery fee was zero, then it increased to £1.5 and now it is £3. Delivery speed has slowed down, pizza is always arriving cold recently. I can accept the food late but once the food is ready, please bring it straight to us. Our pizza was ready quickly...

A truly awful experience with this store. I ordered on the app. The estimated time was 19-24 min which was fine. So I headed out and walked my dog I was out for 20 or so minutes before heading there. When I arrived my order was on the screen and it said the wait was 24 minutes, I was shocked!

Third time in a row, ordered a pizza with a delivery estimate of 20 mins. 45 mins later apparently out for delivery. One hour later back in quality check. Phoned to ask where my pizza is and told “oh so sorry, we don’t have any drivers”. Utterly useless - avoid if you want food.
