I had an exceptional experience at Clark's shoes thanks to Roger, the sales assistant. He was incredibly patient and kind with my son, who was initially nervous about the foot measuring device. Roger took the time to reassure him and made the process so smooth. On top of that, he walked me through the pros and cons of various shoe options, enabling me to make an informed decision. This level of care and attention is rare to find, and it truly made our visit a delight. I'll definitely be returning! Five stars well deserved!

I would give no stars if I could but that's not an option.
I went to this shop with my disabled sister. My sister chose a pair of trainers, I asked a female assistant if she could check if the size was in stock. She gave my sister a filthy look and said she would go and check. About 5 or 6 minutes went past, I turned around and saw that the member of staff was standing at the counter chatting to other staff and inexplicably started smelling a bunch of mint that one of them had. We decided to take our custom elsewhere. I will never shop there again, not will our family and friends.

I recently shopped at Clarks Shoes and had an amazing experience thanks to Jada. She welcomed us with a warm smile and helped my whole family find the perfect shoes with incredible patience and expertise. Jayda?s friendly and positive attitude made the entire process enjoyable. Lovely helpful store assistant - but her manager (I think?) put me off buying shoes saying how nice they were when I wasn't sure. I do not like sales talk.I like to make up my mind. Did not buy.
