Smooth transaction without any problems.However, I was disappointed with the customer service. I completely understand that everyone has an off day and I also understand that the customer in front of me frustrated the staff. However, I was smiley and polite. I just got monosyllabic answers and no eye contact.As I said, I understand but a smile or eye contact goes a long way.I didn't want to stay in the store any longer than i had to, to have a browse as the thrash metal blaring from the speakers, was overbearing.

Silas & Benjamin were an excellent team when helping my friend with her phone a couple weeks ago, really kind and understanding. Would 100% recommend to a friend and go in again!

A man calling himself Andy, store manager maybe, started questioning my sanity, saying i had mental health issues because i had sold 20 items in a month,spun the computer round on its swivel facing me and about 3 other members of the public to make his point, started asking me about my mental health telling me i was unusual, disturbed not right in the head, according to Andy I must have mental illness to sell 20 items in a month,a rather strange intimidating place with a punked out female member of staff, she had a Mohawk haircut with the sides shaved, very intimidating woman, cold, unkind, doesn't seem to like me much when she has to serve me,staff looking at you like the local clown just walked in, basically an atmosphere of your not wanted in here and i/we don't like you, absolutely horrendous experience, never again, I've stopped going there

Visited the store today for the first time and i can say the customer service i received was POOR.Staff member 49219 is incredibly passive and rude, i will never go back here and would rather go back to peckham or kilburn store and i live near the store which says a lot.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS!!!!

I've been going to this store for over 5 years and never had issues until recently when they wanted to give a B grading in a phone that was clearly an A grade, they were selling other phones in A grade that looked worse than my B grade phone, I asked them why my was a B grade but the others were A even tho they looked B and they couldn't explain. One of the stuff discriminated against me, just because I'm not from UK, probably saw my name and saw that looked foreign. Never coming back again to this store

The absolute audacity for this crummy second hand store full of sad, depressed and rude members of staff to sell USED PS5 controllers for more than the cost of brand news. Rip off merchants. Hopefully one of the high street shops that goes bust.

I?m going to be honest. This store is full of sad people that don?t like their job. The attitude towards customers is clearly aimed to a more ?nerdy? audience. They look unhappy and sound unhappy unless they?re talking about an MMO game. And I?m being dead serious. Not IT Crowd more Sh. IT Crowd. Will not be coming back. Can?t even rely on them to pay you for the ACTUAL product you sell them. They?ll scan it as something else. Avoid until they find a more friendly staff. Clearly all the good ratings must be from friends because I don?t see how they have any 5 star rating.
