I always have a great experience at this Caffè Nero branch. The service is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the coffee never disappoints. I especially want to shout out Eini. She genuinely goes out of her way to make sure we are happy with our orders. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. It?s people like her that make you want to keep coming back. Thanks for always making my visits such a good one.

I had a delightful experience at Cafe Nero thanks to Manan, the barista who truly made my visit special! From the moment I walked in, her radiant smile and warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic coffee break.
Manan was incredibly lovely and attentive, taking the time to chat with me while preparing my drink. Her passion for coffee was evident as she shared her recommendations, ensuring I had exactly what I wanted. It felt more like catching up with a friend than just ordering a beverage.
What I appreciated most was her genuine care for her customers. She made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout my visit, checking in to see if I needed anything else. Manan?s positive energy and friendly approach created an inviting atmosphere that made my day a little brighter.
It?s not often you come across someone who combines skill and warmth so effortlessly. Thank you, Manan, for your lovely service at Cafe Nero! I?m looking forward to my next visit and enjoying another wonderful experience.

Staff and coffee are decent enough. The place desperately needs a refurb and a clean. Filth all over the floor and not cleaned up (probably understaffed). The furniture, paint and general atmosphere feels neglected and the wifi doesn't seem to work properly whenever I've been in. Needs a full refurb.

This south London café is a hidden gem. Very cosy with lots of open natural light. Feel good vibe to enjoy a chat with friends or read a book and tap away on your laptop ??. I recommend the leather sofas just to gaze out at the busy London street life while enjoying your food and drink.

it was made with so much love so I add they creamy Dounat and that was a real feast ?
Vegetarian options: Soya based drinks and soya based whipped cream
