The place was very dirty, it wasn't busy but the two staff were just behind the counter, I had to move all the dirty cups to another table by myself, they never noticed the mess, the toilet was out of order, elderly people and children couldn't use it, this place was much better many years ago.

Mostly okay with decent service and coffee. After sitting down I was accosted by flies throughout, it was pretty unpleasant.

I want to sincerely thank to Gosha for their amazing service and hard work. After I left the place, someone accidentally threw my hot coffee on my arms,front of shop and I got burned. I truly appreciate Gosha's quick first aid reaction with helped prevent any lasting marks from the burn. Despite how busy it was, Gosha took great care of me while also managing the queue of customers. Her service went above and beyond. Thank you so muchI really appreciate it!

The bathroom is disgusting ?. I licence close and I like cafe nero but I will find another place. It's really dirty, straff always in traing and really slow with the service. Coffee machine is always dirty as well around it.

today we went to buy a cappuccino and the guy didn't want to do a mag cappuccinos so it said to us was close the dishes machine so after a few mins another guy went in and the same worker did a tea in a mag so we went back to the till and he re did our cappuccinos in a mag apologising about that(this happens all the time and we find discriminate)!!please tell to all workers to do them jobs properly because this is not the first time happen

They closed 30 minutes before than timing shows on store or online they have to update everything point when they are closing

It is a lovely are to stay while you wait for a train. The coffee is good and pastries ok. Unfortunately, the place is super dirty. The floor hasn?t been cleaned is ages, the tables are full of dirty mugs, it is a real pity.

If I could no stars I would. Just had an overpriced coffee with absolutely no coffee in it. When you?re charging nearly £4 for some warm milky water you should not be advertising this as coffee. Avoid. There are much better independent places. Wakey wakey chain stores.

Fine for a quick coffee, and service is prompt and friendly. But the place is much too cold in winter to stay for long, not least because it has doors on both external walls. Chilled to the bone after an hour.
