Placed an online click and collect order for pickup time 12 - 12.30 from Clapham Junction store. I arrived before 12.30 and was the only car waiting in the designated Click and Collect place in the car park. I ended up having to wait over 40mins for my order to be bought to me and this was following me contacting the Customer service from my mobile. Who knows what would have happened and how much longer it would have taken had I not made that call. Disgusting Customer service. ??

Be careful when buying mead from HajiBaba - sometimes they put meat out that?ll go off either same day or next day for full price . How do I know this ? I know one family member used to work there and she told me all the in?s and out?s about how the meats and processed for selling . So be cautious I recommend going to normal halal butchers than Asda halal butchers

No matter what time of the day I come here the stock is rubbish.
Came this morning around 7am hoping I might be in luck to get what I needed but again I didn't.
I've also complained in the past about some of the staff on self scan, they're rude and very unwilling to help.
You can stand there calling for help but the staff will just stand chatting with their colleagues knowing there are customers waiting for help.
Will only shop here now if there's something I can't get somewhere else.
