Small but with a decent selection of magazines, a few books, food, drink and other pre-travel essentials that may be required. Also stocks things such as chargers, headphones and cables for those who may require some tech assistance for their journey

Incredibly rude staff working this afternoon (Mon 30 Dec). Both staff members laughed at me when I said a water was priced differently on the shelf. Not how you treat a customer.

Adaptor UK EU at £13!?! That's insane ! Go to Boots it's £5.5. Really disappointing as they know that if you buy an adaptor there it's because you have no other choice !

I love this store as it has books!!!! Great deal of half price for the second book chosen. The friendliest and coolest sakes guy there!!

Went in to buy a set of earphones and it was actually the security man that was very helpful and directed us to what we were looking for and wasn't expensive.

Black woman with Ghana braids is so incredibly rude. Went in with the intention of buying a vype kit. Was comparing the two, she didn't know any information about the difference when I asked which is fine. She then took one of them and put them back on the shelf while I was still looking at them.

The WORST customer service you can find. Negligent from the assistant to the manager. Try to avoid it.

This place is over priced so try to avoid it. The things they sell are also very trashy

I rarely purchase anything from W H Smiths in stations because everything costs so much. Popped in to this one to while away some time as I waited for my train. It is very accessible and near an entrance and has step free access. Well stocked with lots of snacks and magazines. Books are in a separate store a few doors away. You may see hard to find magazines here and some that are just funny. Like the decluttering magazine to clutter your home Staff thin on the ground, instead there are several self service machines.

I try to avoid this particular branch and the whole company as their selling tactics are rude and it's frankly overpriced
