the most beautiful waterstones i have ever seen in the coziest part of london! it has two floors, a big kids selection and AN AQUARIUM! I ordered there via click and collect and the book was ready for pickup before i knew it. i spent way too much money there, telling myself i need souvenirs from there. (they even have a postcard of their store?) the cashiers were incredibly friendly- i didn?t want to stop talking to them when i finished paying.

The selection here is always decent, but I do want to shout out the guy with a nose ring on the till, who was both very cordial and extremely helpful.

When Russia invaded Ukraine you rightly so had many books at the entrance and at the window. Not one book from a Palestinian author or on Palestine at the entrance. You are a morally bankrupt organisation and anyone with a shred of integrity should avoid spending money at a Waterstones store.

My review yesterday was deleted somehow. So I?m posting it again.
I left my iPhone charger here during a visit in early April and called shortly after. I was told it had been found and would be held for me under my name. Since I don?t live locally, I arranged to return at the end of April to pick it up. However, when I arrived, staff said they no longer had it and weren?t sure where it had gone.
It was a high-quality charger, and I can?t help but feel it may have been taken rather than misplaced?especially after being told it was safely put aside. I appreciate the staff trying to help when I came back, but it?s frustrating and disappointing, particularly after making a special trip. This experience left me questioning the integrity and internal handling of lost items.

Well presented bookshop with all types of books for children and adults however I did not find the book I was looking for in this bookshop.

This is one of the best Waterstones book shops I have been. The staff members were friendly and helpful. It?s a lovely location and just close by to the Memorial Green. The shop also hold book signing events where I was fortunate to meet two authors who were both so nice and friendly and kindly signed the books I had purchased at this store. I will definitely be visiting again soon.
