Convenient store, could be tidier, with the quality of Waitrose. Note the hours Google has for opening as at end March 2025 are wrong. The store closes 10pm weekdays.

Didn?t know you had to bring your own cups for the free coffee. Staff was not keen to help but once you catch their attention they?re okay.

Cannot believe how this branch of Waitrose has deteriorated. Staff so stressed as they collect goods for Deliveroo etc, rushing around with no time for customers actually in the store, with headphones at all times. When I needed a bit of help, there was no one to approach and when I did speak to a staff member, they could not hear me because of headphone arrangement. So sad - used to be my all time favourite grocery shop. Do hope they make adjustments to improve shopping experience for in-person shoppers.

Huge supermarket where you can get everything you need. Very organized and tidy.

I really like this Waitrose, although it?s a bit small but you can manage to find whatever you need. I really like the Gail?s selection of breads. I purchased this sourdough and it was really delicious. The staff are friendly and the shop was clean.

Growing disappointment with Waiterose, especially the fruits and vegetables section
I?ve been shopping at Waiterose for several years, but lately, the quality has seriously declined, particularly in the fruits and vegetables section. It?s become a complete nightmare. The selection is increasingly limited, and what?s available often doesn?t seem fresh at all. The produce is poorly presented, not well cared for, and some items are even damaged.
For a store that prides itself on quality, I expected much better. I now shop at Waiterose less and less because I can no longer rely on the freshness of their products. It?s truly disappointing and affects the whole shopping experience. A quick improvement is needed if the store wants to keep its customers.

I visited the store most of every day,I?m very happy and the staff are very friendly and helpful!!Last time i had a issue with my order from John Lewis and the guy who was there in collections counters his name Daniel was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable and very helpful to me,and help me out with my orders,What?s a wonderful person after one week i went back and he remembered me and asking me if i sorted out my issue with the John Lewis customers service!!

There's no such thing as a bad Waitrose - just one that isn't as good as other Waitroses. This is perfectly nice, and infinitely less terrifying than the run down Sainsbury's next door. Helpful staff, well stocked shelves, and good product selection with a little of everything and some unexpected along the way.
Always my favorite.

I think her name is Caroline, but I could be wrong: she is the lady who helps at the self-checkouts in the evenings. I just want to say, she is the loveliest and most efficient person I have ever encountered. I pop in the shop every so often and never have I found her without her smile and willingness to help. I hope you are giving this girl a raise or a promotion because she deserves all of it!!
