The employees working in this branch have no idea what they?re doing. They didn?t even know how to setup a new account or provide basic services to customers.

Incredibly slow to get a new phone when I had all the documentation. And no wifi in store to restore my IPhone from the ICloud. Can you believe a store without WiFi in this day and age! Even hairdressers have WiFi

The most horrible service, just skip this one. I went in to open up an account. I was very clear on what I wanted. They signed me up for a business account, bounced me between employees so I had to explain everything twice, gave me a SIM card, did not activate my PAC code and a week later I find my online with a chatbot trying to fix everything that went wrong. My ask was simple, a new personal account, a SIM card and a PAC code. I would go elsewhere than Vodofone. They simply don't get this.

The staff in this shop are extremely rude and abrupt, they have a huge attitude problem. Always on the mobile phones with feet up on the desk and eating on the shop floor, disgusting. This shop is always been the worst Vodafone shop every. They need to get a grip and employ people who care for their customers. Never using Vodafone after 14 years of custom

Don?t visit this shop, even for the most basic stuff. I ordered a new phone and SIM card to collect from the store. They scanned wrong SIM card and I cannot used my phone. Went back to the store and after an hour of investigation, they said it will take 3 business days to fix the problem and I should go back to the store and wait again?.
