I just wanted to write a review as when I went to vision express recently I couldn?t have been more impressed with the lovely Jose?
What an absolutely asset to vision express as Jose went above and beyond trying to find a solution for me in order for me to have contact lenses.
Everything he did was extremely professional and may I say executed with care and attention.
Please make sure you let him know how good he was?

Have details and was put on hold for 11 minutes then man came back on phone and asked for date of birth again, then without saying anything puts me back on hold , my son is registered here but the rest of my family have all moved to specsavers for this and many other reasons, very poor customer service in this shop

Worst experience. Noorjan was particularly useless and unhelpful. I bought a sleep mask from there and stupidly paid for it before opening it to look at it. The second my card was charged I opened it and saw it was not at what I wanted or expected. They refused to refund me even though I was standing there in front of them. The staff should have said something before they charged me. Don't go here, the staff are totally useless.

The optometrist care was ok, but the other team member no - patronising, asking me to pay for the eye test / lenses check-up which was actually free as booked via Lenstore website. The prescription I was given was missing first name, when I pointed that out, the team member struggled to understand what I want from him. I'm used to much better customer service, will not be returning and I do not recommend this particular store.

Was at the vision express in upper street and my experience there was not that good. Overall i didn't get the help i needed and staff made mistakes where they had to refund me money and i was refunded the wrong amount untill it was sorted. Had to make a few trip there untill i was so disappointed and finally asked for a full amount. I wouldn't recommend vision express.

The optician at the Islington branch of Vision Express is exceptional. She takes great care of all aspects of eye health, and always goes above and beyond. The deal to get a second pair of glasses half price is extra helpful, given the importance of wearing sunglasses in the summer.

Not a very good experience this time as no longer have the glasses I wanted now I have to pay nearly three times as much I have glucoma on limited benefits why wasn't I offered a payment plan I'm writing this on behalf of Mt partner Mr horace Reece yours sincerely miss Susan L.stock
