Honestly worst Superdrug I?ve ever been to. I understand stealing happens, I?ve worked in retail before but the staff stalk you around the shop. You cannot shop in peace in that store. I try not to come into this store and end up going into Boots instead. They need to teach the staff how to give good customer service without ?oversurveillancing? customers. When I?m at the tills and ask for student discount or can?t find my Superdrug card fast enough, they sigh and look visibly annoyed. The atmosphere in that store is a 1/10

I had a pretty awful experience while shopping today. I was in this store I visit all the time, just picking up what I needed and testing out some products, not breaking any rules. Then, two staff members started laughing and chatting about me, making comments about me going back and forth and trying tester products. When I mentioned I?d heard them, they just denied it and carried on laughing. I ended up leaving the stuff I picked out, but honestly, it was such a bad experience. I wish I?d asked for their names and complained to the manager, but I didn?t think of it at the time. Terrible customer service

Very pretty store, but my experience was not good. I looked at the perfume I wanted, chose it, and the attendant was not very happy with my service, making faces and grimaces. She thought it was bad. I asked to see a perfume and rolled her eyes. I didn't understand. ?
I paid for it and asked for a perfume. She took out a bag with tears in the bottom and gave it to me. I would have paid for a new one... But she barely looked at me, she was talking on the phone... I had high expectations and bought it, but I'm not happy with the purchase. I thought it was a disrespect!!!!!

Sad to see the staff members wearing cameras on themselves. 1 star for the cameras and 5 star for customer service. Well-stocked store with helpful staff.

Would be so much better if the people on the tills actually served them instead of a constant upsell, thus creating massive queues.

Tried to pay, waited ages, zero attention, then left products and left store. Customer service is non existent. There is no system at the tills and just a free for all. Staff do not seem to have had training in liaising with the public/customer care!

staff made us feel uncomfortable, were following us around the store as if we were going to steal! i was extremely annoyed on the way home, i even purchased something! terrible!

I like this particular Superdrug because it is much accessible and easy to move around. It has a lot things from makeup, body, mouth, hair and some household products. They do have pharmacy and an area to have your eyebrows done. They have some great products including brands but at times run out of it and is not immediately replaced. The staff can be helpful but not friendly. The location is spot on that leads to other stores and the famous Chapel Market and Angel Central. Great area and connections to buses and Angel Station.

Super rude staff force me to buy a primer which always opened and with white stains mark at the head. I refuse to buy the used product. They said I touched it I have to buy it. I ask the staff to check the CCTV security camera to find out it's already been opened and used by the others. They won't they shouting at me said. If I don't buy the used opened old premier then I have to leave the shop immediately. Completely night mare

I called for advice on prescription, accidentally asked if was boots... the boy named Islam who answered the phone seemed extremely offended by this and hung up without allowing me to correct myself, I proceeded to call back off of the same number with the call being redirected to some dial tone. I rang off my mobile - lo and behold he answered! He snapped at me and gave me the pharmacy number when I advised I'll be making a complaint and started to back track himself and his tone changed - Awful customer service - Islam you are in a customer based role work on your attitude towards your customers.

I?ve been going here for 3 years now and this past year all the security people at the door make people of color feel so uncomfortable despite themselves being of color. They watch and stalk you even if you?re standing at the other corner of the store. It honestly makes me feel so disgusted, like someone is going to shop minding their own business and you?re making it feel so sick. I?d rather go to boots across the road than be in such terrible service.

They are refusing to let us in because we are teenage girls this is extremely rude as they are appropriating us with stealing. We was out in the freezing cold for 30 mins and when he finally let us in there were no teenagers around. They are liars and the guy was extremely rude.
