I walked into the store today and as soon as I walked in the worker greeted me with a smile and a big hello was so chatty and lovely! honestly the best service I have ever received and she was so friendly. There's one woman who gave me such nice service with a smile that it really made my whole experience, and even though it was like a year ago, I remember it to this day. So I had to come and give the store 5 stars. I wish I knew her name so that I could share it here.

I?m a regular at this branch and sadly I have to leave this review. The same long hair brunette girl that was working today Monday 25th November at 10:30am made the same mistake for the second time. I always order the same coffee and she is always forgetting the whipped cream on top. Today again. Not just that, but the lack of courtesy when I told her surprise me, she didn?t apologised or said anything. She grabbed my cup, empty part of the coffee in the sink and then added the whipped cream on the top. She didnt even read the label on my cup to see if I had some dietary restriction. I have asked vegan whipped cream, she didnt even checked that. She just took some whipped cream near by and put it on. Im vegetarian and I dont mind dairy but this is unprofessional, she could be topping on something for somebody that is dairy intolerant and cause troubles. All this sequence happened without saying a word. I was the only customer inside, no queue or anything, and she looks she was in a rush to do who knows what. I have never had any problems with any other member of the staff in this branch. But sadly this girl is making me feel I don?t want to go back there if she is taking the orders. She is rude, she never smile or say hi or bye. I really don?t know whats her problem but the attitude as a face of a company should be quite the opposite and make the customer feel welcome, not the opposite. Pretty disappointed, but somebody should do something about this, Im not a happy customer anymore. So 1 star left because of her.

I got a TooGoodToGo bag there on Monday. There were two female staff members, and they were super friendly. The store was really clean. It was the best bag I've ever had.
I took it to go this time, but next time I'll stay and have coffee.
