Kindly adjust your opening hours to reflect that if it states 6:00 AM, the doors should be open then. The staff were ignoring a group of six people outside until 6:15 AM.

I want to express my gratitude for this beautiful shop and their wonderful team. The new manager that just joined is very hardworking and polite. Also, super well done to Sinnita, Nursel and Nicoleta - always making me smile and feel valued. I have been a customer for 23 years in the same shop! I have passed many amazing managers - Safia, Anas, Ekaterina are my personal favourites.

I love this pret. I always stop by in the morning to get my oat hot chocolate, and staff JACKIE is literally so sweet, positive, kind, and supportive! ?? I?ve always received a very welcoming service by her and she deserves the best. Will recommend this brand to my network! ??

Rude staff, who just want to go home and close up. Went in for an iced matcha latte with oat milk, they rushed and have me a watered down matcha. They didn't fully dissolve the matcha powder with hot water first, so the matcha was clumping at the bottom leaving a horrible taste. When I told them that they didn't dissolve it properly, they looked at me blankly with a daft expression. Rude staff, only come here if you want matcha that tastes like tap water. So many better places available...

I'm from Manchester but I have traveled to see my friend who is from Islington.. I'm Muslim so I can't eat pork.. yesterday my girlfriend paid for tomato soup.. I have swapped it for different soups.. after opening the soup .. realised they're made with pork so I couldn't eat .. 20 min later we saw they have our favourite chicken soup.. chicken Alaska ..I wanted to purchase it again but a very kind manager called Rone .. offered me free.. because I couldn't eat the pork soup instead of this ..Rone May Allah bless you brother.. Great staff and well done.. Thank you so much ???

The barista(or maybe she was the manager) was perfection. Super vivacious & engaging at the crack of dawn. Was taking orders from the coffee machine & bashing them out faster than the cashier could keep up. Did not feel like a London cafe, it felt like home.
