Please, clean the chairs. They are so dirty you can?t even seat. Actually you can?t clean them, they are so dirty, you need to replace them. Even with enormous footfall, it?s important to maintain cleanliness.

Went in to buy a sandwich and crisp the Asian lady served the man in front waiting for his coffee then decided to do ubereat orders then when her colleague came out instead of getting her to serve me she instructed her to pack pastries. This lady is always giving bad customer service and has a bad attitude. Returned my items to display and left. The sad part is service is good when this lady is not working front house all other staff friendly and efficient. She needs to be held accountable this happened just before 10am on 23/11/24. Won?t be returning when she?s in the store. As last time I experienced her non existent customer service it was her talking to a customer with a baby whilst her colleague struggled to serve and make the coffees. Terrible think she?s a supervisor as well. Pret do better

The best place. Fantastic crew. Always smiling, polite, professional and friendly. Very welcoming. Out of many Prets in area. This one is my choice. Also. Has the sockets, for all these long hours on computer, with coffee and great food. Praise for All Team. Including Sabina, Ramya, Rakesh and Hemanth.

Very pleasant, spacious branch of Pret A Manger. The employees are friendly and it's not too stressful. Good selection of fresh sandwiches!

Diabolical rude staff. Some days they accept cash and some days not. The staff tell you this with no apology and a smug grin. I didn?t have card with me so I was unable to get lunch. Awful service. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

I don?t like having to post bad reviews, but I feel that it?s necessary due to the terrible attitude of one of the staff at this branch.
After asking for an iced americano with a dash of oat milk, she gave me a hot one without a dash. I said that I asked for iced (my friend was also there who confirmed that I did and said the lady on the counter even repeated it back to us) and she said ?no you didn?t?? which then became a back and forth of if I did or didn?t ask for one. I think this is unacceptable. I get it?. She might have misheard or had a rough day, but don?t be blatantly trying to fight back with me. I think it?s rude and as the paying customer I don?t just have to take what I haven?t asked for.
After rolling her eyes to make a new one (why wouldn?t you just add ice to the reusable cup and then making a fuss to have to clean the cup) she gave me the iced americano with no response. I said thank you and she patronizingly said you?re welcome back. Might be worth sending the staff at this branch on some customer service training or providing them with support if they are having a rough day. Don?t take it out on the paying customer/subscriber.

My personal favourite Pret. Great to study in. Baristas are super friendly & they have ice most of the time (which is more than I can say for some other Prets). I did witness a phone theft here once though, so hold on to your belongings, especially if you're sat near the door!
