I am visiting this location few times a week for years now.
Staff is nice, they usually make a little chat.
It?s usually very busy so they are doing a great job in my opinion, it?s not easy working in customer service.
The food is always very tasty.
I tried some iced drinks and coffees and I always enjoy it.
Staff is working very hard.
Even tho I don?t eat meat only fish I have many options for myself to choose from.
I really want to try this new salad they introduced.
Yes pret is a bit pricey but where is not pricey those days..
Sometimes when they are short of staff the queue might get long or shop could look more clean but let?s be understanding! ?

I?ve never been to a Pret with such disorganised and slow service. The staff just had no idea what was going on and struggled to get anything done even though there were 6 of them behind the counter.

Pret used to be a nice place . Ether in or taway. Unfortunately lately they increased the price and the food quality is going south.

Lovely clean and fresh Pret shop, recently changed a lot and went back to outstanding PRET shop used to be, great customer service the team there are fantastic !!!! Food looks yummy. We are going every weekend to have lunch ! Highly recommended. ;-)

This place would be great if it had phone signal. Also, it would be great if the coffee was served in proper cups not paper ones. More varieties of sandwiches would be great. Eat-in prices are off-putting. Where is the value?

It's lovely Pret. Cozy, clean, and with friendly staff. When I ordered filter coffee, the staff kindly offered to make it as an alternative Americano.

Please do not take this as a comment of machismo I praise woman for their role in our existence, but somehow all the female staff here is the worst of all the Pret?s I?ve been, they?re always in a mood, always rude, and it?s just giving the worst service. This is one block away from work so I go there often and I feel bad for the 3 guys who work there and are always trying to smile?

Very poor customer services, I think pret a manger should not tolerate with its bad services provided by their staff!?My visit was on Sunday morning the fifth of May around 10 o'clock and I was served by a barista with no badge name.For sure not coming back to this bransh and not recomded to any one.

Worked in cerntal London for many years and Pret was my go-to for a quick lunch. Dropped by the Angel branch last month. ""Shocking"". Understand at busy times the place may get untidy. This would be tolerable if the food was OK. It wasn't. I've eaten a few of their chicken and avocado sandwiches in my time. And I've now eaten, or at least partially eaten, my last one. My sandwich was terrible. Dry bread. Underfilled. The whole thing was shabby. Good luck Pret. You were a great brand started by some fantastic people doing really good food. And now you've hit the corporate rock bottom.

Toilet here is closed and the staff say all the time " is blocked "Most of the times here are unprofessional people who serve. I asked them for toilet as I'm pregnant but one of them left me talking with my self and she's gonne doing her things. This happens today at 20/03/24. I'm very unhappy with the staff as they are disrespectful and soooo rude . All 3 ladies who was working today around 14:00 they was looking at a pregnant women in a bad way. And for no reason they call the security to scare me, but he was a kind men who understood me when I explained to him what was the problem , why I asked them for the toilet they go crazy.
