I always get great service at this Pret. Abbas always greets customers with a smile and is always very helpful and friendly. With international tourists arriving at the station, the excellent service by Abbas and colleagues provides a friendly and welcoming start to people's visit to the UK. Thanks all

Another pretty review but this one is well deserved.
Often come here travelling.
Although it's small it seems to have a solid range.
Sandwiches here always seem better than elsewhere. Maybe as there is high footfall.
Staff are always really cool and helpful and service is swift.
Seating inside and outside the venue.
Not many though and better for couples or very small groups indeed.
Again sandwich heaven here I think.
Also has a hot food section too.

Has a coffee and delicious almond croissant at Eurostar?s Pret. I was served by a lovely lady who was friendly and very helpful. I think she was called Haleema ( not sure of spelling) who was a credit to Pret.

Very bad. Staff tries to rush you and rolls eyes. Even starred at us with unfriendly look, never experienced this anywhere before. She rolled het eyes while looking directly at us. Food is ok, nothing more.

Flat whites tastes and looks like diluted with milk americano. Very poor quality of drinks. Get your coffee somewhere else

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Roxanna at Pret a Manger St Pancras Eurostar, who truly made my day. I was looking for a gluten-free salad before catching my train, but none were available at that moment. As someone with gluten intolerance, I didn?t have many other options. Roxanna went above and beyond by kindly offering to comp my meal ? a genuine act of kindness that I deeply appreciated.
This isn?t the first time I?ve experienced such thoughtful gestures from Pret staff, and it?s exactly what keeps building my loyalty to the brand. It?s the third time an employee has done something like this purely out of kindness, and it never goes unnoticed. Thank you again, Roxanna!

Here the good part: some item are well prepared, tasty and well presented. But,
from excive price (for istence 500ml water for £2 or baguette for over £5,50) poor customer service and what is worse people don't get told off for using Pret tables as waiting area. Basically 6 people collecting money behind tills and no one checking what's going on outside. Disgraceful. Get your staff do some serious work.
