The amount of bacon you actually get compared to the images online for the potato tots is a joke. Minimal spicy beef on the pizza. Not good.

My last two orders with this store have been terrible. My first order barely had any sauce or cheese on it and my second order didn't arrive. After over two hours of waiting I called them to be told that there were no drivers and they were cancelling my order.

Avoid this place like the plague. Place has degraded so much in quality over the last few 6 months or so. Pizza and service used to be top notch, now the Pizzas are sloppy grease coated abominations and the customer service make Ryanair customer service reps look like saints in comparison.Good luck getting anybody to pick up the phone after you have been waiting over an hour for your pizza to arrive and then good luck getting anybody to pick up the phone when you call again to complain about the state of your pizza.Either order some better pizza from a better chain (which is all of them) or order from another Papa Johns location this place is an embarrassment. And if for whatever reason you do order from here, pay with Paypal so you can easily get refunded if you are unhappy with their abysmal service or food. Places like this love to never give up your money once they have got their hands on it I am all to familiar with such occurrences.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Not recommended at all. Regret having taken from here. The staff is unnecessarily very rude. Especially the sardar punjabi guy.

Genuinely, the worst pizza I have ordered in London in 20+ years. The base was stale and the topping non-existent. It has the taste and texture of a frozen super-value pizza from a budget supermarket, the ones that cost £1 each. £22 quid for this was actually so funny we had a good laugh about it at home which brought the family together at least, but not as intended. Thankfully deliveroo have our money back, but papajohns is cooked. Hence the newsflow about it. Never again. The free market won't be kind to your offering. Good luck.

I recently had an appalling experience with Papa John's that left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. The level of incompetence displayed by both the staff and the manager was beyond belief. To start, my order was mistakenly given to another delivery driver, resulting in a significant delay. When my food finally arrived, it was apparent that a new order had been prepared. However, much to my dismay, it was still incorrect.The final blow came when I requested that they correct the mistake and send me the right order. Shockingly, they outright refused to rectify their error, leaving me with no option but to accept the incorrect order.
This level of disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to own up to their mistakes is completely unacceptable. It's clear that there are serious issues with the staff and management at this Papa John's Stoke Newington. Istrongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from Papa John's Stoke Newington, as the risk of experiencing such incompetence and poor service is simply not worth it.

What a horrible guy serving. Miserable, personality of a corpse. Filthy eating area. And he had the cheek to roll his eyes at me because I cleared up for him, but put the boxes on top of the menu. Disgusting and rude customer service.

Just placed an order at 1:30 am before closing. It got confirmed and I followed the tracking until it was out of the oven when I waited 30 minutes outside (I live 0,3 miles away) for it to instantly switch to delivered (not even in delivery first) and obviously never got anything. Absolute scam.

If you?re vegan or have allergies ? don?t go to this place. They literally don?t care about their costumers and their needs at all. Even if you ask a million times and explain you don?t eat animal products they couldn?t care less.
So careless. I will never go to this place again.

Extremely rude delivery drivers

Ordered for delivery - ok big mistake, there was a driver's strike - but they took the order at 7pm - nothing came until status changed to delivered at 11:40pm - of course nothing had been delivered. I called them and they lied and said I had ordered for collection - I had proof of this. They say they will refund my 40quid - can you trust liars? Will never consider these charlatans again...AVOIDUpdate: 1 week on, still no refund or reply to emails...
