Either really helpful or awful.I lost pay monthly phone super helpful.But I lost a pay as you go phone and they were awful, walked in explained problem was handed a phone from the store only to be talk to explain my problem. 7 members of staff all standing around counting down the hours to home time, was ridiculous. Instead was talking to a customer service rep in South Africa who tried to upsell me to a pay monthly, then although in store wanted to send me a sim. I was in the store with proof of identity and ownerships of the account but still service very poor.

terrible customer service, came in for an upgrade and the girl turned me away because she was concerned she wouldn?t get to go home on time (even though the shop didn?t shut for another hour and a half)

Despite being a customer I was given no help and basically told to go away. Just because I didn't want to buy a new device they still could have helped me. They should employ people who know about phones and are prepared to help. A couple of minutes with a helpful young man around the corner at the competition and I was sorted.

Told me i couldn't purchase a phone up front as a part of a plan as there would be nothing in it for o2 despite what the tag instore said. While doing the same deal online the contract stated that an upfront version of the deal along with a monthly payment for data must be offered as an alternative to a monthly contract.I called to ask why this wasn't offered in-store and was repeatedly hung up on before the call was finally answered. When I asked why they hadn't offered this alternative they refused to answer and hung up on me because the store was busyI appreciate a busy store is stressful but my issue lies with the outright refusal to offer a version of the purchase that was clearly available online. My frustration was heightened by a string of hung up phone calls before being ultimately hung up on when asking why this initial offer wasn't provided.I apologise for becoming frustrated on the phone, as I have worked in retail and I know what it's like, but I can't help feel that I was being misled because the version I was asking for wasn't as beneficial for their KPIs. As a customer of o2 and this store for a long time I was disappointed by the service as I have generally been happy coming here. Has made me rethink purchasing my new phone with o2. Just never had the impression that this person wanted to help me at any step of the way.

Honestly 10/10 customer service from Divine. I was having the most stressful week she made everything so easy for me, helped me with my claim on my damaged device and then made sure I was getting the best value for money on my 02 contact. She?s the type of person that makes the world a better place. If you need help. Go and ask for Divine??????God bless that woman!!

Very helpful service on Friday afternoon, 4-Aug-2023. Shop running like a well-oiled machine despite there being a lot of foot-traffic. Zack was the person who quickly resolved the issue I had come to the store for. Really helpful. Another person - a lady whose name I didn't catch - was also great in making sure that the staff assisted customers in the order of their arrival to the store (not a straightforward task bc she was helping customers in tandem with keeping this flow going). Anyway, was a pleasant surprise that an errand I was dreading turned out to be quick and easy.

I had a terrible experience of the changeover from virginmedia. I wasted an hourvhoing round i circles.BUTI want to praise James at O2 Islington who took over the problem and persisted for most of another hour patiently dealing with the out-of-control system and finally sorted it. Thank you James.

The workers at this shop were so helpful! I got my phone stolen and needed to swap my SIM, unfortunately there was a massive system error that meant it wasn't possible that day, so they sorted me out to get a new one in the post but told me to come back the next day, where they quickly helped me get one immediately instead of waiting. They were very kind and lovely staff, all the best!

Absolute shambles, had the phone slammed down on more than one occasion. Once a member of O2 staff had spoken to them they then ask you to phone back during the busiest period and all you get is the busy user tone. All I want to do is collect my phone, who would have thought this would be so hard.

I went into the O2 shop for some help to set up my phone which wasn't theirs.The guy who I asked was very helpful and got me going quickly.Friendly staff,who all chipped in to help.I will definitely be shopping there soon.They know what they're doing and freely helped me.
