The staff at O2 Islington - in particular Simon and Santino - were incredibly helpful and understanding when I turned up close to the end of their shift asking for assistance with a stolen phone.

Really really good staff working in here . Onna from Liverpool looked after us and she was so kind and explained everything in a friendly way . She was multitasking different customers and keeping a smile on her face ! Everyone was friendly and were so kind about our little baby being there . Thanks again

I had been thinking about leaving O2 but the help I got in this store was great. Chigozie, went through everything with me and set the phone up for me. He was unbelievably helpful and is a real asset to this store. I would recommend this store to others.

I had called the store to ask if they would help with setting up my new phone (I?ve been with O2 for over 10 years and look after all my family?s phone contacts too). I got turned away by a ?host? who said they couldn?t do this at a busy time - it was 11.45 on a Thursday. She walked off as we were talking which was incredibly rude as I had travelled specifically to this store as so many other O2 stores nearer to me have closed down. With the few that are left open, I suggest you invest in some customer service training. I sat there for 15 minutes being completely ignored until I asked her if there was any chance I could be seen to. She told me categorically no and only then did she apologise as I was not told on the phone that there was a designated time for this (there isn?t in other stores). This has caused a lot of inconvenience for me and I was truly shocked by how rude this ?host? was.

I?ve been an O2 customer for several months, and every 7th of the month, I receive a message stating I?ve used 80% of my 100GB data allowance, followed shortly by another claiming I?ve used 100%. This pattern repeats monthly, despite my minimal usage. It?s perplexing and feels like a tactic to prompt unnecessary top-ups. I?ve contacted customer service multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Considering switching to a provider with transparent and accurate data tracking.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Told me we only sell new contracts, if you have an issue with existing O2 SIM, you can get lost it's not our problem

Even though we take such a long time whenever we come and have so many questions, he is very patient and handle all our requests with a smile!

I came into the store after continuously being ignored from the customer service department. I was considering leaving o2 as I was owed money. I was promptly attended to by your staff member, Divine, who consistently went out of her way to help me, even colouring our interaction with humour due to her amazing personality.
I entered wanting to leave o2 and left feeling understood and with my dispute completely cleared up. This is incredibly rare in this day and age and I appreciate Divine!
