I?ve lived in this area for a while now and it?s been way too many occasions where the staff are unnecessarily rude, unhelpful and unkind. Their parcel collection system (mostly Royal Mail but others too) is a complete nightmare. These companies need to stop working with these incompetent people

Advertised as open. Tried to go there in the morning (20 minutes after opening time), and there was someone in store and lights on but doors still closed. Couldn?t be bothered to wait around for it to open. Waste of time.

Absolutely shameful experience today at this Nisa Local location. My friend was trying to send a package back home and was told a price which apparently was misheard by both of us. Upon changing his mind to take the package back the cashier refused to give the package back because he couldn't "reverse" the transaction. Feuling an argument and near fist fight with other patrons.

Advertised as open at 7am for post office services and door was closed with closed sign but lights on. Banner outside says open from 6.30am.

Opening times on the sign says, 6.30am, time on Google search I 6.30am, I'm stood outside the shop at 8.10 and he has just opened the doors. What time are you meant to be opening? Whenever the hell you feel like???

Nice clean shop and polite and efficient staff. Watch the expiry date of produce, though. Often outdated items are left on the shelf at full prices. Just be aware.
