I’ve lived in this area for a while now and it’s been way too many occasions where the staff are unnecessarily rude, unhelpful and unkind. Their parcel collection system (mostly Royal Mail but others too) is a complete nightmare. These companies need to stop working with these incompetent people

Advertised as open. Tried to go there in the morning (20 minutes after opening time), and there was someone in store and lights on but doors still closed. Couldn’t be bothered to wait around for it to open. Waste of time.
