I always come to this outlet to buy multiple pairs of shoes. The staff are always very patient while dealing with my large orders and this is exactly the reason why I keep coming back. Aakash in particular was very helpful on multiple occasions with helping me find specific shoes.

I love that store and am shopping there on a monthly basis for my whole family of 4. Staff is always helpful and welcoming. Wanted to specifically call out Fabian (I believe Store Manager) who helped me with one of my very complex returns. Really appreciate this help!

The service I received by the staff member on the 2nd floor including the manager was amazing by solving the issue that was created by the first colleague I dealt with when I first mentioned I wanted to do a 30day exchange which he has admitted to hearing before the conversation continued and then he tried lying to me about how I only mentioned I wanted to return the shoes after he has already admitted that I told him I wanted to do a 30day exchange. But the moral of the story is to take accountability for your actions instead of trying to lie your way out of it like a child.

One of the amazing experience at nike king cross. I came with my friends and I found amazing deals on shoes and also one of the athlet, his name Aakash. Hel is amazing. He helped me a lot to find my perfect shoes. He deserved rewards.

The place needs good management. There?s always very long queue to pay for things whenever I pop up to buy stuff and only 1/2 people behind the till.
Today, on 6/7/25, I brought my faulty shoes I bought in May to be replaced ( I called the store in advance a couple of days back, explained the situation and was told to bring them in store). So did. The manager told me that shoe making ?creaking noise was fine, as his own shoes does that too?. I explained that I work in a quiet office and whenever I walk, the left shoe of the pair makes embarrassing noise. Apart of that I had no issue with the shoe and would like them to be replaced or returned. He then asked that I demonstrate wearing the shoe ( in the noisy, crowded store) I explained that they won?t hear it in this kind of environment, but was left with no other option. I wore them and given that there?s always a loud music and busy with customers, no creaking noise could be heard. One would expect that a person holding y managerial role, would have a sense of logic and problem solving skills, but this isn?t case at this Nike store.
P.S. attaching the creaking I hear while walking on the street. Is that how low your standards of quality?

Visited the store today at around 19:45 and the Asian and African security guys and the short Asian guy that was working upstairs all pressuring me to leave saying that the store was already closed and was refused service. I heard one of them swore under their breath after I pointed out that I entered the open store before it closed and that the store closing hours were in fact 20:00 and not before that (despite there being multiple security personnel none of them bothered to actually lock the store so the customers can't enter until the very last minute before closing time). Won't be returning.

Just want to show Fabian and Lu some appreciation for their amazing customer service and willingness to help. They both went above and beyond to make ends meet for me, and definitely left me feeling appreciated as a customer. Also to mention, store is clean and well kept even during busy times - these nike athletes are always busy working hard. Doesnt go unnoticed. Thank you Fabian and Lu, thank you Nike Kings cross for an amazing experience - always.

Had an amazing experience with an athlete Jeff in store today, he was very patient, kind, helpful and understanding in helping me picking out my first sets of running shoes for half marathon prep.
He went above and beyond in supporting me, regularly checking stock sizes going back of house to check and coming back with new options and available sizing. He also offered me the chance to try the shoes on the treadmill which I didn?t think was necessary but was lovely to have been offered the chance. He was quick to point out shoes that he felt genuinely matched my needs for everyday runs and tempo runs and was honest with his advice! He helped me get the Pegasus 41?s and informed me they were on a 50% off promotion as well which were a bargain !

One disappointing thing is the Performance socks had selling price of £11.99 which I thought was a markdown however when you check online they retail at the same price with a different description :(

The fitting rooms for this store have been closed for the last month due to staff shortages. What is the point of running a clothing store if people can?t even try on clothes?
