The man working in the counter is extremely rude today. ATM took my card yesterday, even though I used correct pain. I directly tell him about my problem (he was there on friday as well) and he said that there is a problem in the ATM come tomorrow. I told him that you did not get my name to give me my card back. He said that we have all information about you, no worries you can come tomorrow (Saturday) or Monday. I also said that should I do something? He said no!!!.
Today I went to branch and he said that we called you a lot of times. I showed my phone to him. There was no phone call from them. He said that it was odd. Then he said that give me your ID and he say something about me that all words were very rude. He was being rude and arrogant.
Dear Nationwide you wants me to close my first account to be part of Nationwide. Why should I be part of your account? To be humiliated?
I will took my money and close my account on Monday.

My local Nationwide, always get everything done that I need to. Don?t like how they try to get you use the machines yourself, sometimes you need to speak to someone to sort other things out.

I had to deposit old Bank of England notes in my account and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful about it! The furnishings are warm and inviting. Such a different feeling from how Nationwide banks were 10 years back.

Mohammed you are incredible. She helped me with the payment of my dads funeral and went above and behind with just ease and confidence it would get paid quickly enough. One of the best Bank clerks I?ve ever come across. What a champ. Thank you.

Very fair offerings on financial products and insurance for eligible members. Praveen was very genial and tremendously helpful, I was in and out with a complicated request in under 15 minutes. Will continue to bank with Nationwide and appreciate the branches for good!

I like this Nationwide branch at the Angel, the staff are always polite, professional and make you feel very welcome.
Praveen the manager is a really nice and knowledgeable person, he opened my ISA account for me and acted professionally throughout the process. He's a good ambassador for the Nationwide.

I asked rep Lilly to pay my credit card bill via a transaction in store. I made this very clear at the cash desk and repeated it several times so there could be no misunderstanding, only to find out days later that she did not pay it, and now my credit card bill is very late and could incur late fees.
I made a complaint and the manager was more interested in winning an argument and denying that his rep had done anything wrong than actually looking at the evidence being presented, plus he also blamed me for the issue, effectively calling me a liar because rep Lilly said that I did not ask her FOUR TIMES to pay my credit card bill. Dealing with the manager was extremely unpleasant.

Very poor customer service. The lady (shereene) who served me just now was pretty rude from begining to end, theres a pressing need to train the staff that serve customers.

I love this toy shop very much and i would reccomend to anyone who loves cool toys! The staff are very friendly and the sevice is great!! I used to come here a lot each time I was around in Eastbourne to buy some vex robotics and meccano as i love building them!!! But after a while there became less and less of vex robotics I was really sad at the news and would wish a lot for them to come back... In conclusion it's an amazing toy shop, Best in Eastboure!!!

Unfortunately the branch manager is more concerned about ?winning? an argument than customer service. I gave very helpful feedback about poor customer service in the branch but the manager was not in the slightest bit interested. He just wanted to be ?right?. Horrible branch. Avoid

i had to go in multiple times to deal with credit card issues and verifications, they were all incredibly understanding and kind and made sure i knew i wasn't being a nuisance by popping in every day haha. the lovely branch manager (i can't remember his name, apologies) was especially kind, he made sure i was okay and sympathised with me for having to jump through so many corporate hoops to deal with my issue. the place is also very well kept with convenient services available. one of the better nationwide branches i've ever been to :))
