The man working in the counter is extremely rude today. ATM took my card yesterday, even though I used correct pain. My local Nationwide, always get everything done that I need to. Don’t like how they try to get you use the machines yourself, sometimes you need to speak to someone to sort other things out.

I had to deposit old Bank of England notes in my account and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful about it! The furnishings are warm and inviting. Such a different feeling from how Nationwide banks were 10 years back.
