Very good chicken based food. Easy to order through a QR and you pay directly on your mobile. Unlimited soft drinks and free water. Highly recommended. Large, filling portions.

quite a wait to sit down considering we could see several empty tables. it's very much a self service place - you order at the till and get your own plates / cutlery / sauces / drinks. the food is fine and well priced but nothing exceptional.

Ordered and paid on the Internet, many of the dishes were sold out at 8pm. Difference between the proposed photos and the reality was enormous. The price is not justified for the quantity of product on the plate. We took two wraps, they were really small and two cesar salads with the addition of chicken breast which was divided in two, it was tiny, it must have been maybe 50 g?

My friends and I come from Paris and had a good experience at Nando?s!! We were welcomed so nice by Esther and we ate well!!! The food was good.

First low rating in a while especially for a chain I love and reliably know. Standards definitely dropped at the King's Cross branch.
Stood there aimlessly waiting to be seated with what seemed to look like 3 people who could clearly see a line forming waiting to be seated but no care in the world. I would understand if they were super busy, but they were taking their time having separate conversations.
Gave up after 10 minutes of standing about and not being told anything or wait time.

Served by Kelan who was incredibly lovely and kind. He served us with such great care and did his best to make sure we had a great time. I?ve been to Nandos before but haven?t had customer service like this!!!!
