Restaurant person did not give me ketchup for my 1 McPlant order. When I ask, he said they don't give for McPlant order. I will never visit this mcdonalds again for dine in or takeaway.

Bad vibes in here, lots of lowkey passive aggression and tension (from other customers mostly). Noisy disruptive school kids at lunchtime and around 3/4pm. Feels unsafe - they need a security guard. Food is average at best. Staff look dejected usually. It?s stressful buying food here and even worse eating in.

McDonald?s was absolutely terrible ? the service was slow, the food came out cold and stale, and the place looked like it hadn?t been cleaned all day. The fries were limp, the burger tasted like cardboard, and even the drink was watered down. On top of that, the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than actually helping customers. It felt like no one cared about the quality anymore, just rushing orders out with zero effort. Honestly, it was one of the worst fast food experiences I?ve ever had.

Made me feel bad the fact that I needed access to the disability toilet. Then didn't explain why they were not allowing access to the disability toilet. When I finally got access no toilet paper.
