My oh my, to say I am heavily concerned for the businesses social interaction skills is an understatement. To order, the process was general, just like what you would usually expect from a McDonald's environment, I ordered what I pleased using the high-tech, interactive devices. Now, firstly, I noticed; the reciept printer was faulty, and as this is a popular location due to the placement of this specific store, it was crowded, as expected. This then made it unable for me to remember my order number, as I was constantly hearing the youngsters commotion in my ears, not quite enjoyable, but it is expected from a location as popular as this one. As I made a distinct attempt to communicate this nothing but a minor inconveniece to a worker, I heard a noise. An unpleasent one to put it lightly coming from the bathroom. To further explain that point, it was a scream, a loud one infact.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely slow service. Had to chase up the order after waiting over 10 minutes for it. Ordered a few items one being chicken selects sharebox. Took half a bite of one strip and it did not taste right or fresh like McDonald?s usually do. Went straight back and spoke with the manager, one interrupted and was very rude and dismissive saying there?s nothing they can do. I asked for a swap or alternative item, they refused so I asked for a refund and they also refused saying that could not do this which is utterly ridiculous. They questioned why I took a bite to which I explained. Overall really bad customer service and food was not tasty. Left the food there as it wasn?t edible, chicken tasted like paper and had been out for sometime. Refused a rightful refund of £9! Extremely disappointing.

Just popped in for a coffee, no problems ordering even though it was busy. The staff were really helpful and polite, they are a credit to McDonalds.

Many stores in Germany can learn from the cleanliness and efficiency of this McDonald's. Ordering possible at the terminal including delivery to the table later. The staff are nice and quick, even though there is always a lot going on, as they are directly opposite the station. We were pleasantly surprised!

Busy restaurant in good location, which meant the food was hot for a change, but omg the staff need some training in - everything!!

The security guy was super arrogant and made me feel I should never come back. You just lost me due to his behaviour plus loads of me friends.

Constantly saying that food is ready to collect, however they?re clearly just putting that on the screen, so they can hit targets. When there is a large number of people waiting this is extremely frustrating, especially if you?re hard at hearing and they randomly put your number up without you being able to hear properly.

I ordered a wrap without bacon and it is clearly mentioned out of the box that they gave me also without bacon , but inside there is bacon . I can?t eat bacon /pork and this is really unacceptable. I don?t know where to complain , just got this today 11/06/2024 at 13:42 . I need compensation for this.

I strongly advise against it. Did not receive order receipt from kiosk. Order was missing 2x pies, we get wrong coffee. ice cream was melted already. No straw for coke. I will never return there.
