I went in for a meal deal and was expecting to leave asap however self checkout had different ideas I was helped by a very nice Gentleman called Nathan can you as a store or a company Please recognise Nathan for his exceptional professionalism and kind nature. After I had been helped by him I was paying and I heard him complimenting a customer for their attire making pleasant conversation with them also as well as directing them and assisting them to pay. Thank you Nathan I wish a lot of people upheld such lovely values as yourself. I have worked retail for 10 years and would have felt honoured to work along side someone like that making the customer experience top tier as he did. In short Excellent staff member, nice clean store also. 5/5

Little Waitrose is bigger than you think. Great place to find snacks and goodies for the train or to have upstairs in the communal seating area. There are meal deals, herbs, bakery, crisps, treats, newspapers, flowers etc. They have loads of self checkout machines so things move quickly.

Beware - racial profiling taking place here! The "Partner" manning the self checkout counters at 11 AM on 20 Dec 2024 thought it would be funny to play into Asian stereotypes and carded a 39-year-old for buying Red Bull. When called out on it, her response was, "Your comments mean nothing to me." Utterly disgusting treatment from jobsworths on the shop floor!

Went to this location to purchase a £4.00 cake. Went to self checkout, and the register would not complete the sale because it said a signature was required. A worker advised that I needed to take my item to the cashier for checkout. I did that with the same result, where the register stated that a signature was required. A receipt was printed, and the cashier had me sign it. The gentlemen then asked to see my credit card. This is a new card, so it was unsigned. The cashier then demanded that I sign the back of my card, which I did with him watching me. He then looked at the two signatures (the one I just signed on the receipt, and my credit card which I just signed). In all seriousness, the cashier said the signatures don't match. I told him, "You just watched me sign both places." I made an additional line on my credit card so the signatures matched more closely, and he allowed me to leave. I don't know if he was harassing me or he was just dumb, but that was the worst service I have had in a very long time. Go to a store where they treat customers right. Don't go here.

Garbage. Picked a meal deal with items from each section clearly labelled as in the meal deal, was in a big rush, got to pay and didn't go through as a meal deal. Cashier very unhelpful. Didn't have time to wait and argue so had to leave without food to catch the train. Not impressed at all

Nice shopping experience. One of the best places inside the King?s Cross station for quick shopping during a transit. The bakery and cake section is pretty impressive. The staff behaviour is notable as even in a busy place like King?s Cross.

Have been corresponding with Christopher Harvey from Waitrose & Partners Customer Care team. He is totally unfamiliar with policies in place and was absolutely unhelpful and offered no solutions to the matter at hand.
