Terrible customer service with real attitude especially at the fitting rooms makes you wonder how they got employed???
This isn?t the first time this has happened and they get away with it- shame on you H&M to employed staff not on merit and experience.
Fitting rooms are dirty too.

This used to be a nice,clean,organized store but it is very neglected nowadays.The changing room is soo dirty you dont feel like using it and the staff isnt very friendly either.

The Dept/ Store manager (short,south Asian male) so super unprofessional, stand off behaviour not helpful at all. The policy for H&M has changed which caused the confusion, he was not helpful at all. Instead told me to go to another branch. The Spanish manager was apologetic so appreciative.

I had a bad experience at H&M Islington this evening. The store manager apparently ordered the closing of the fitting rooms more than 1h before the store closing time albeit there was a significant number of people including myself who wanted to try clothes on. I ended up buying a top without being given the possibility to try it on?which is not great if it does not fit. I don?t understand why these things happen?really fristratinng

Good range of H&M clothes range in store, and upstairs there is an H&M homeware section to complete the H&M experience. We were able to find the right size for each of the items we liked. It was also a Member's Day event which meant that we got 15% off everything in store, which was a very pleasant surprise! The only let down was quite a long queue to pay, maybe a couple more self-service tills or staff at the pay counter would be good.
