Terrible customer service with real attitude especially at the fitting rooms makes you wonder how they got employed??? This isn’t the first time this has happened and they get away with it- shame on you H&M to employed staff not on merit and experience. Fitting rooms are dirty too.

This used to be a nice,clean,organized store but it is very neglected nowadays.The changing room is soo dirty you dont feel like using it and the staff isnt very friendly either.
