Terrible customer service: rude and unprofessional. All they do is say ?use online banking? or otherwise speak patronisingly to elderly customers in need of assistance, as they mess up payments and behave incompetently. Bizarrely they also use the desk nearest the front door as the place for customers to make transfers, side by side, rather than making use of the large empty building behind them.

I was thinking of changing bank but thanks Entirely due to the Wonderful Laima I decided to stay. And how grateful I am because once again she has come to my aid. Yesterday she even stayed late until my problem was sorted. It is wonderfully reassuring to come across such dedicated service. Thank you Laima. I will stay at Islington Halifax forever! ????

Raced to get there on time. Reached the entrance door at 12:55 on a Saturday bearing in mind it closes at 1pm. The manager shut the door in my face. Terrible terrible service, really needed to deposit some cash as the bank will be closed for 3 days due to Easter. This is what you get nowadays with customer service! Everyone is clocking in and clocking out.

It is a huge shame when all staff members are kind and polite - then one called Tayyab is extremely rude. ?What do you want? was the wonderful customer service given today at Halifax Liverpool road. Usually most of the team here are so kind and courteous

Laima was the most kindest, warmest, most welcoming lovely lady. I went in with my Mum (83) and Laima couldn't have been more kind. She resolved my Mum's issues so quickly. A big thank you to such a lovely lady.
