Terrible customer service: rude and unprofessional. All they do is say “use online banking” or otherwise speak patronisingly to elderly customers in need of assistance, as they mess up payments and behave incompetently. I was thinking of changing bank but thanks Entirely due to the Wonderful Laima I decided to stay. And how grateful I am because once again she has come to my aid.
