Absolute joke! This place gets worse and worse every year! Sundays are a limited time to get things done and they can't even open on time. When questioning the workers who were stuck outside themselves they inform us that the manager is on their way and to come back in 20 mins. Terrible attitude from all working there. Not one ounce of professionalism.

Right ok so went in there and they are so unhelpful?. Didn?t know about any of questions then said wait and he would find out and left me sitting there. When I looked round the guy had gone out of shop to get his lunch walked straight passed me and didn?t say anything ??

This store in Upper Street have the most amazing, professional and patient staff. I highly recommend that if you are having an issue with your phone through EE, then this is the store that will do it's utmost to assist. ?

scam. was supposed to do 12month contract and few hours later i got the contract through email, stating 24months contract. It's a fraud.

BEWARE SCAMMERS
They?ll offer you a new ?cheaper? contract but without telling you, add you to free trials like Cyber Security without mentioning that after the trail ends you will be paying for. They also tell you to ignore the confirmation texts messages from EE about the new contract and it?s ?just boring details we already mentioned? these scammers know exactly what they are doing.
Luckily I read them and noticed what they had done before I left the area.
I even specially made sure to say that I did not want anything added or removed from my original contract without notice.
Half the customers in the shop were also complaining about poor service and deceitful practices.
Absolute joke of a shop and will be leaving EE due to this store experience alone.

Bad commercial and customer service; manager persists 5G is faster than fiber, because he?s trying to bill me 2x the amount for a 5G replacement to a fiber deal I got from them just weeks prior. Incredibly insulting and ignorant.

I entered this store set to leave EE after 20 odd years, however after I sat down with Zac for 20 minutes I decided to stay. Zac was charming and his customer service was exemplary! Thank you - Dan

Rang me today while I was in the office ( no calls allowed) , I didn?t answer and after googling the number it came up as EE London store. Didn?t leave a voicemail or text message.
Why are you ringing me? I?m from Northern Ireland and hardly going to be calling into your store?

Great and friendly staff. Quick plug that if you are an expat and have an iPhone in a different country any Apple benefits or free add-ons will not work if you have an active subscription in another country. You will have to cancel all subscriptions before being able to take advantage of the offer.
