Highly recommended - they can fix some very troubled Inkjet and Laser printers. Don't give up on your old printer, as most likely they will fix it.

I've used Cartridge World for my ink and paper for years but recently bought a new printer from them as well. I cannot fault their service. Always helpful pleasant and most importantly knowledgeable.
